Unsatisfied customer

I spoke with Juan C he said he could help so I sent pictures of the broken product and I have not heard back from him or anyone. I would appreciate a follow up from Stanley Black & Decker.

I have a craftsman axe that broke on me, and Jaun said no problem to help me. I have sent 2 emails with pictures and still havent received any reply back from Jaun or SB&D.

I look forward to hearing from S B&D in resolving my problem. Carl Fritz

Brought a Stanley 1200 power IT jump box. Called customer service to get warranty repair because you cant return it back to the place of purchase.

Customer service rep female was very rude and hung up the phone after explaining to her my issue.Seems to me Black and Decker wants you to buy their product and not honor the warranty repair. Very Bad Business practice.

Don't even think of blaming Covid19. The 800 number on their website doesn't work.

Live chat doesn't work. THE CONTACT US FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE doesn't work. I called the non 800 number. That means I'm paying for the call.

I have been on hold for an hour and a half. "We wll be with you SHORTLY." I can have them call me back but at this point, I don't trust this company at all and will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT!!!!!!!

Poor staffing of customer support line/ emails

3 hours waiting on phone service line for power tools after hearing message we know your call important, someone will be with you shortly. Played repeatedly over this 3 hour period.

Sent email also separately and neither were acknowledged.

My power vac went dead after 1 1/2 years ownership and good working experience.

Mystery ! I ordered extra filters from BDK also and have 20 + awaiting use.

Dangerous Saw 726

I was sawing a piece of wood on a Table and with a downward motion as I proceeded to saw the wood in a sawing motion the back hand plate became unsecured and the blade came down on top of my finger causing a terrible cut not requiring any medical attention lost lots of blood this Stanley Saw 726 it a real bad accident waiting to happen to someone else I have pictures of the incident and the saw
